Delivery Information

We offer free delivery within the UK. All items are sent via recorded delivery and will require a signature.

International Delivery as follows:
US Standard £30 - 7-10 working days from date of order
Europe Standard From £15 to £30 depending on Country - 7-10 workings days from date of order.
China Standard £35 - 10-15 working days from date of order.

* All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be despatched within 5 working days.
* We cannot be held responsible for delays in receipt of goods due to unforeseen circumstances by the carriers
* If an order has to go into the alterations department, this may take up to 10 days, unless otherwise advised.


(1) How do I pay for my order? 


You can pay by any Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo or AMEX card. Payments are taken over the telephone and Simpsons Menswear do not hold any credit card information on file. 

The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds. 

We currently authorise payment from your account at the time of order and we will take the money immediately.

(2) Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed? 


All orders are processed immediately, which means that we are sometimes unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed, so please do make sure you are happy with your order before placing it. If you require additional items, you can place a new order.

(3) What happens if I do not receive my order in the timeframe?

 

It rarely happens that our customers do not receive their order within the specified timeframe for each country; however, from time to time this does occur. If your parcel does not arrive please contact us on 01756 792127 and we will investigate the matter immediately for you.

(4) International and Channel Island Orders


We take all orders over the phone so please call our customer service team between Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5pm on 01756 792127 who will be able to deal with your request

(5) Pricing and VAT outside of the UK


If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Simpsons Menswear has a policy of charging all customers the same throughout the world, so that the price paid in pounds sterling is the same wherever customers live (except for the cost of delivery). None of the significant additional administrative costs for overseas orders are passed on to customers. Equally, an effective reduction in prices through reclaiming VAT is not available.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

(6) What happens if some of my items are out of stock? 


Delivery costs are for a complete order and are regardless of the number of items ordered. You will only be charged once for delivery and you will not be charged additional delivery costs for any items sent separately due to stock issues. Please note, if part/s of your order are out of stock we will by default wait until all the items are in stock before shipping your order. (7) Can my order be delivered the next day? 


UK Next day orders need to be placed before 12 noon the day before the required delivery date. (Subject to passing our security checks which can delay despatch). These are guaranteed to be delivered by UK Mail the next working day. These will require a signature on receipt. Note: Deliveries are Monday to Friday only. There is a Saturday delivery if requested but this is not guaranteed.
 

(8) Can my order be delivered overseas? 


We are able to despatch orders to overseas addresses. For further details, please call 01756 792127  (Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm).
 

(9) Refunds


All refunds will be made as soon as the returned goods are received.  A full refund will be made, if the products are received back in as good condition as sent. Postage for returns will not be refunded.

All prices on simpsonsmenswear.com are correct at time of publishing. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order. You will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. You will be notified of delivery costs at time of order. Payments are taken immediately.

(8) No Quibble Returns Policy


This exactly as it says. If you are not satisfied with your goods, simply return them to us within 14 days of purchase and we will either exchange or refund you no questions asked (please note that items damaged through wear cannot be returned). We are unable to refund the return postage costs.

We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from simpsonsmenswear.com. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, we are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. We reserve the right not to provide or fulfil any order that is given in good will or otherwise.
